I brought the Fitru Trimmer February 22, 2022 thinking it was a good buy to enhance my workout body slimming. I workout 6 days a week, very health conscious. However, the same day I recieved it, I wore it during my cycling and abs workout. When I took it off, I couldn't move, had to do a slow movement to sit down. I was in great pain, feeling like I had misplaced my internal organs. This pain duration last a little over a week before I felt some relief. I called Revain (March 3, 2022) and spoke to the supervisor, explained the encounter I had with the belt. He took the information down and said that he was going to forward it to the investigation department and would email me the phone number to the company and stated that someone would call me back in 48 hours. No one called back! After not hearing from Revain, I called them back and spoke to another Woman Supervisor and she shared with me that Revain is the maker of the Fitru Trimmer which is there product and she didn't understand why the first Supervisor told me that. Also she wouldn't take my complaint but said I had to file it on line. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told he had just left. This doesn't make sense when a customer is displease or had a bad experience with a product, they should be able to file a complaint with the company of the product. As a faithful customer with Revain, I'm so disappointed with them and there product. I wanted to know what happened, why I experienced this painful irritation with this waist trimmer, or if I put it on wrong. Nevertheless, no one from Revain was able to assist me with there bad product. I will continue to call back to speak with a manager because I deserve an explanation. I brought this waist trimmer because of the good reviews. The Fitru Trimmer does cover your entire abdominal area and produce a good amount of sweat. I brought a small 9" 34 length, now every person body is difference, but I wanted to share my experience.
