is a miracle. The reviews are correct. I had tears in the tough, hard skin on each side of my thumbs, dry, sore. I've had my nails done for years with no improvement. Used this lotion for two weeks and it completely disappeared. I'm completely stunned, I didn't believe it. Now I'm sure. I bought two more bottles just to make sure I have them during these days of almost constant hand washing. I've even tried it as a night cream on my face, it's started to improve my skin too. My brother joked that Cleanser X should contain "rabbit pancreas" because it works so well (his way of saying it can't be good ingredients when it works so well). It has good ingredients and works amazingly well. The price is fully justified. With all the hand washing and hot/dry weather, I used it twice a day. I had to do a full blood count during my annual check-up, which included measuring my vitamin A level, which was way too high. I don't add. I couldn't figure it out until I thought about the lotion, looked at some of the ingredients, and there's a definite possibility that I could be absorbing too much vitamin A through my skin from frequent use. Do some research on the ingredients yourself, but this was my guess. I stopped using the lotion to my great regret as I really love it as a lotion because high vitamin A levels are dangerous. I will do another blood test in a few months to see what happened to that reading. That's not what we think about buying/using lotion. In this case I recommend you to think about it and see things.
