First of all, this is not a Samsung product. I'm a graphic designer who uses sticky notes to quickly sketch out ideas. I lost my pen last week when my girlfriend's sister was playing with my phone. My boxed item was empty, but that wasn't a deal breaker. Mistakes happen every day. I reordered after Amazon customer service helped me with an issue. When I received my product, I received less than expected. The size is the same but the build quality is not up to par. The product looks thin. You have to press harder on the button, which is a problem as I feel like I could break it at any moment. The pen has some lag. It doesn't recognize pressure very well when used as a pen. In general everything is fine. It could be better, but it's not bad at all. For any artist planning to buy this as a replacement, let me tell you that many times you will get frustrated, it just ruins your flow. I suggest just spending the extra dollar and ordering from Samsung. For those who want to use it as a pen, do so.
