Poor blade design for kitchenware and gadgets

I love the snap-on lid and comfortable grip, but the curved blade pattern lets you lean to the side while slicing - this has happened several times in a row and makes me rub the heel of my hand on blades. Unfortunately, the curved design seems to be common to many zesters on the market at the moment.
