After looking at various high chairs online and in stores we chose Inglesina for its sleek design and compact shape when folded Condition. contacted Inglesina to let me know that they had found a defect on a product that was due to be shipped. They asked if I could wait 2-3 weeks for the goods. As my son will soon be starting solid food at 6 months, I figured I had plenty of time to wait for the high chair to arrive. To my pleasant surprise, the high chair arrived in a week! Great Inglesina service, very active! In terms of products, we love it. The product was packed in 3 separate pieces in a sturdy box: 1. High chair folded 2. Legs: 2 flat and 2 on castors3. Tray installation is very simple. If you look at the assembly instructions, the parts are even packed separately - the chair comes in 2 or 3 parts. I'm not sure if this manual is from a previous version as the instructions for installing the feet were wrong (the labels on the diagram don't match those on the actual part that arrived) and also don't match the instructions that You can download from the site. Website. You can figure it out pretty well by looking at the website photos and YouTube video which took an extra 20 minutes. But beware: when setting up the chair (legs not yet mounted), I accidentally dragged the chair along, the metal legs scratched the floor. I love how easy it is to put my son in the high chair. The 3 incline levels allow me to easily feed solids and bottles. The 5 point harness also supports my son when I recline the seat, some might find it a bit too much but I found it easy. The legs are made of steel, the rest of the parts are made of plastic. I found the seat fabric to rub easily. I love that I can put the tray in the back when I don't need it. This high chair makes it multifunctional for me as I can have my son by my side while I pump as he outgrows his rocking chair and is at the stage where he wants to sit up straight. All in all for the value of this product I found it perfect for what I'm looking for. Highly recommended!
