Easy set up by our bookkeeper (my friend), very user friendly! Able to integrate easily into Excel which we leverage heavily and keep track throughout in one place/one system. A few minor niggles - mainly related to importing PDF invoices via email rather than manually uploading in but this can be sorted once all documents have been uploaded.- ability to export reports would also be great if possible- wish they allowed integration via Zapier to sync with other services like Xero. Excellent tool, worth looking at even if only for ease of tracking. Improved overall visibility across team on expenses, time spent on current project, billable hours etc which allows us better decision making process around resource allocation and budgeting.- able to see spend vs allocated spend quickly and accurately. As well as reporting against actual costs incurred by projects / clients - able to have accurate forecasted budgets/planned spends available more rapidly enabling good planning decisions. The best thing about buildXACT in my opinion has got be its user interface which makes me feel like I am working at home rather than work place! Nothing really but if this was fixed then i would have loved everything else too!! It needs some improvement by adding more features or better UI (user Interface). Well nothing much because we can do all our task very well without any problems faced while doing estimations etc..
