I really liked the bag and will keep it, but was a little disappointed that it didn't exactly match the seller's description. The description says 'soft faux leather', it's not soft it's quite hard which is especially noticeable when you try to pull on the tip. The lack of softness makes it a bit cheap. If I had seen it before buying I probably wouldn't have bought it for the price I paid. It's very roomy and I like to choose the length of the strap. I gave it 5 stars for durability and strength because it's a fairly durable polyurethane, but I haven't used it long enough to know for sure.
