Here in the comments ( market) there is a great person Anton L. who helped with the BIOS settings. Turning to him for help, suddenly the system unit stopped turning on. Anton pointed out that, firstly, the memory was inserted into the wrong slots by the service center. Then, under his leadership, they ated the BIOS. After all the attempts, it remains to give the system manager to the SC so as not to lose the guarantee. After contacting the SC of the store, it turned out that during transportation the contact had departed, the reassembly of the PC helped and the dies were put where they needed to be. Further, he already helped to directly configure the memory to work at 3600Mhz from the default 2400Mhz and got the following result (see picture).
