Definitely keep your hands warm!

They are perfect for the HD Road King. If your bike has heated grips, you can ride at 30 degrees Fahrenheit with just a pair of thin leather gloves. Update: They kept our hands hot with the heaters on level 2 and simply put on a pair of thin leather gloves (for grip) while riding in temperatures below 30s, above 20s. I would definitely recommend her. The photo in the ad is pretty revealing of how they sit on the steering wheel. They're really designed for quads that don't have handlebar turn signals. Without modification they will cover the handlebar mounted turn signals on the Sportster but not on the Roadking. The drawstring used to secure the mittens around the handlebars can have a more secure grip to stay closed. We tied it around the bar twice and it works great. What we like best, apart from how warm they are (the lining feels nice). is that the cuffs are quite stiff and don't collapse when you take your hands out (like in the photo), making it very easy to pull your arms out and put them back on. This is very important at traffic lights, but even more so when you're flying down the street at high speed. You just can't afford to mess around trying to put your hands and coat sleeves back into mittens that have become limp and closed when you take your hands out. I hope it helps. be sure!
