Overall I like the look of this controller. I've had 2, the first had issues with the joysticks getting stuck, the second works but sometimes one of the shoulder triggers can dangle a bit. This is a small issue that I can overlook given the feel of the controller and its plug-and-play nature with Windows. Sure, it feels lighter and uses cheaper materials, but it's very easy to program the 4 buttons on the back of the controller. It's pretty too, and connects without "syncing" or anything like that. I wish the USB stick was smaller, about 1.5 inches long and with a bright blue light (I covered it with tape) so it can be distracting in dark rooms or when it's facing you. The design is almost identical to the Nintendo Switch Pro controller and compatible with docking stations, although those that require the "activation button" to be pressed by the weight of the controller won't activate due to the difference in thickness. I just used duct tape to secure it and it works!
