Although I like this pan, I won't buy it again and I don't recommend it Good details: Lid! Most pans don't have a lid and that was one of the reasons I bought one. The size is bigger than I was looking for but now that's one of the things I really like about her. I made a tomato sauce. and there were no more stains on it, which bothered me. So far the pan has remained non-stick. What I don't like: The floor is not level. The instructions say to use some kind of oil or fat when using it, but when I do it all goes to the edge of the pan. This leads to uneven tanning. I've also tried frying eggs in this pan and wherever I put them in the pan they ended up on the edge. This is unacceptable. I also want the spout to be on the other side or both sides. I don't usually pour out of myself, rather pour on myself, so the spout is useless.
