NOT cotton as advertised
I ordered a black, blue and white 3 star combo pack. The black ones are cotton and are fine (fits very snugly on my 2 year old who usually swims in 2T). The other two are very poor quality spandex. When the material is stretched, you can see that it is white and the color is only applied to the surface.

- You can never go wrong with good quality leggings
Cons
- Not enough stretch. Works little. Won't get up
