UPDATE: After using the first (maybe two) jars with no problem, the product suddenly started stinging my eyes so badly that it required a Crawled in there during the day, the burning continued all day even though I washed around the eyes and washed them with saline. Now I need to apply a thick layer of something else around the eyes (should do that FIRST, trust me) and then apply to the rest of the face, neck and chest. Maybe they make it in China or now source one of the ingredients from China? UPDATE 2: Sent it back and they told me it was fake. I have experienced this problem with other Revain products. So be careful. THE FOLLOWING REVIEW IS FOR A GENUINE CETAPHIL PRODUCT: Love, love, love! I had never bought it before, mistakenly thinking that an inexpensive drugstore brand couldn't outperform a department store brand. My skin gets painfully dry in winter and this is the first cream that has moisturized my skin. You don't need much and although it feels a little greasy after application, it absorbs after a few minutes. Works great under makeup. The only downside is that it doesn't have an SPF. So if you can't protect your face from the sun and sun reflections, you can't wear it outside during the day. Forget putting sunscreen on top, sunscreen loses its ability to protect your skin when mixed or applied over a hydrating moisturizer like this. Moisturizing gel after it really dries you have a better chance of the sunscreen working but not a rich moisturizer like this.
