It is very easy to use if you have never used Juno before as it has intuitive UI for novices! The support team are also great with helping me out when I need them most (which was once in 2 weeks!). When we needed help they were always quick at getting back to us too which made my life much easier than having someone else do the work would be!! Support tickets can take ages so this makes our lives simpler :) If your looking into doing some networking of apps or even just checking how an app works then go ahead otherwise there's not many downsides really apart from being more expensive that other similar services like Zoom etc but these will cost extra anyway - maybe look around first? We're using junoo mostly through meeting rooms where people come together to learn new things online/in person, its fantastic because everyone gets their own screen time without needing any equipment themselves unlike zoom. Easy to use and simple to understand. It has a good user interface. The mobile app is a great addition. Nothing to dislike. The only thing I dislike is that the price could be a little cheaper. It's a good tool and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to track their progress. I am able to keep my clients up to date with their progress and have the same information on my phone. I can easily use the app on the go.
