Review on Makers Machine Gelato Sorbet Homemade by Kyle Omaha

I've always wanted an ice cream maker and this one didn't disappoint! It doesn't last much and trust me you don't want to overstuff it and that comes from personal experience... it actually takes longer to make ice cream than the advertised 20 minutes. Even if you work it for almost an hour, you'll have nothing but the consistency of a soft serve. However, you can put it in the freezer and it will harden to a firm consistency. The machine itself is easy to use, just freeze the container for a few days or better yet, leave it in the freezer until you need it. The controls are not complicated and work from the first click. Although I would like to be able to set my own time. Overall it's not bad at all!
