I cooked scrambled eggs in it for breakfast at work. After the eggs had cooled a little, the eggs immediately popped out. My old me had to spray PAM before each batch, these I was able to spray once at the beginning as they were smooth enough for multiple batches of eggs. Cleaning was pretty easy. Nothing really stuck to them, so they could just be washed off. However, there are many small areas (and corners), so the final cleaning took a little longer in the end. Nothing too difficult. A little soap and a quick rub with your fingers and the remaining oil was gone.
