I originally ordered these bands in a medium as that was closet to what I thought was my correct size. The bands arrived early and where easy to install and a nice quality. The size, however, was not right.I did a little checking and realized that I might be better off with a size small. I ordered small and they were a better (albeit, tighter) fit than the medium. I subsequently returned the medium bands without any problems.My wrist measures 150-155 mm where I wanted to wear my watch, a new 40mm Apple SE. The medium band was loose, and while the band itself was a very nice quality, it was a little too big and allowed for too much rotation of the watch and band around my wrist. With these silicon solo loops, I wanted a snug fit. The small band is 130 mm long before attaching it to the wrist. I missed that in one of the photos the seller had on the online post. My mistake. The small band added to my 40 mm watch is just about the perfect size. It is a little tight and I have to stretch the band a bit to get it over my wide palm, but once on, it is securely in place and not uncomfortably tight. I think it will stretch out a little over time.These bands are a nice quality. Not too thick (thinner than the OEM Apple band), but very sturdy feeling. They easily attach and come off the watch without any issue, but are securely in place when in use.I wish they had other color options and tri-packs that did not contain grey (a band color I do not wear). A nice red or aqua would be fun.Overall, glad I purchased these.
