A complete disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality check!!!

I traded in my two-year-old Huawei Mate 20 for this Samsung marvel and immediately began to regret my decision. Huawei lasted for two days on a single charge, even when used extensively. On the other hand, a Samsung needs to be charged at least twice a day, and that's with moderate use (browsing the web, reading for a few hours, taking photos and videos for 30 minutes). upgrading the firmware wirelessly to the most recent version did not resolve the issue.
The product was a total letdown.
Was an MVideo installment purchase. Completed quality assurance and testing in two days and passed (they referred to the fact that they could not return the money for the product, since it was in use). I have been waiting for the results of the examination for the 10 days provided by the ZoZPP.

Pros

Quick hardware, gorgeous display, and respectable photography chops.

Cons

There is no hope for battery life. After 10 minutes of use with the camera turned on, the battery had lost 5% of its charge and was quite hot around the camera. Overnight, with the screen turned off and the device in sleep mode, there is a discharge of 50%, and the back cover, once again at the top, remains slightly warm. Extreme self-discharge without a load, even with the adaptive screen frequency, background processes, and AOD turned off. Using the screen for even four or five hours will drain the battery. Just 20 minutes of a zoom or whatsapp video call uses up 10% of the battery life.
