This product is packaged in a sealed plastic bag. Inside it was damp. Both the scarf and the bag have been shaped. I was outraged and disappointed. The company has gone to great lengths to get it right. Excellent customer service! Apparently the vault had some moisture issues during the summer heat which resulted in mold growth. They sent me a new one for free and it's perfect. Very beautiful, natural and soft. This is also a large size. I have bought from them again before and will continue to do so in the future. I recommend!
