Fits well on Deadblock
UPDATE: We no longer use it in Deadblock as our baby outgrew it, but it's still sturdy. We just put it on the floor and now we use it as a pillow lol. It fits snugly onto our Graco Pack n Play Totbloc block. However, when I laid her down for the first time, there was a deep dent where her head had been. Unfortunately I don't think it will hold up well. Note. Remember that the mattress is 3 inches thick. If your child can stand, that will make them 3 inches taller, so keep an eye on your kids when they try to climb.
