This model is defective!

This is the second one I've bought for my truck and they both had the same problem: the lock was wrong so you could remove the gas cap without a key! The gas cap must rotate freely when closed so that no one can remove the gas cap and sabotage your truck, which will cost thousands of dollars in repairs!
