Overall it would be a great product if it wasn't for the adjustment knob. It is constantly lost if the bag is hit with even moderate force. I think you have to be able to put a lot of muscle power into your shots. but obviously if you hit it with more force than the kid's breath, the grip will loosen. After a while the vertical support started sagging inward as I had to constantly re-tighten. I drilled a hole all the way through the vertical tube but the handle still comes loose after a few hard hits. I'll see what happens in the end, but my advice to all potential buyers: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!
