Great product. best in my review

The chandelier took a while to put together. Lots of small pieces involved. Once I go the hang of it, the installation was easy. I was provided with very easy instructions. As I was down to the end of the installation of the crystals, I noticed a few were missing. I contacted the manufacturer, I received correspondence immediately, keep in mind, we were in the midst of the corona virus. Needless to say, the missing parts took a while to arrive but they arrived with extra pieces. Also, the manufacturer was very accommodating and honest regarding the arrival. They gave great customer service, would highly recommend.
