**UPDATE UPDATE*** Soooo. Almost a year later I received an email from Nancy at Shomico stating that she had lived through the past year and realized that my situation had not been handled well. According to Nancy, the pandemic wiped out most of their staff and the new person who responded to my complaint should have done a better job. I understand it's been a strange year. So not only did Nancy refund me for the defective bag, they also sent me a BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT! I wasn't expecting this at all and couldn't be happier or more impressed. They are amazing, she didn't have to do any of this but she did.* Update. The seller wrote by email, the response took more than a month. Basically they said "Bad”.* 09/18/20. I still love this bag BUT the strap broke on both ends. I've only been using it for a few months. The material used there is not very durable, which is strange as the rest is very well made. I also have a hard time contacting the seller. i love this bag LOVE. It's way better than I expected! It was an absolute spontaneous purchase, I've been looking for a brown bag for the summer for a very long time. Read reviews, compare and consider every detail. I saw this one, the reviews were good, I got tired of watching and pulled the trigger. It's kind of olive/khaki with fringes. I was skeptical as cheap fringes tend to be stiff and plasticy. Not this edge! This whole bag is high quality, as close to the skin as I've ever felt. You would never know the difference if you didn't know. The size is big enough for me, I love a big bag. It's not super bulky as it's thick, but not super textured yet flexible. I think it will soften over time. The short handle is still long enough to sit very comfortably on my shoulder and hang in the right place. I'm 5'10 and that's a big deal for me. Actually take a bag. This is a quality bag at a very good price.
