I like that it is easy to use, very intuitive with all of its features included in one place as well! The reporting system is great for end users who want more insight into how their data looks compared against other companies/employers within your industry or across industries.

It can get confusing when you have multiple people using this platform so make sure everyone knows what they are doing before making changes. We were able solve some issues we had previously where employees didn't understand why certain comp was set at different levels than others because there wasn’t anything written out clearly about our pay structure (salary range). This has resolved those problems now which allowed us be more transparent moving forward regarding salaries.
