Just received in the mail today. The scale is sleek and stylish and looks well made. You MUST download and use their profile settings app or it will only measure weight. You can't do that without an app. There's no way to switch users without an app, so each user has to download and register the app (or I guess they can borrow your phone). You can change the weight measurement from kg to lbs on the display in the app or via the button in the battery compartment, but this only changes the body weight measurement, muscles and bones will still be shown in kg (although they are shown in pounds). the app). Also, it is impossible to tell from the scale which profile is active (user 1 or user 2 etc.) so you MUST use the app again. Otherwise, if BMI is calculated for user 2, a 5'10" female, but used by user 1, a 6'3" male, all readings will be in error. I give it back, I don't want to unlock my phone and go into the app every time I want to weigh myself.
