I liked the bag. I really did. Several people I work with have a similar bag worth over $50 and it got pretty good reviews so I thought I'd save some money. Unfortunately, there are many small design flaws that don't make this bag worth $36. I spent money on this. I work in law enforcement, so I drive all day. I needed a bag big enough to hold a ten-hour shift's worth of food for a tall man who eats a lot. This bag has one size and then some. It can conveniently pack a picnic for two. However, the bag has no internal stiffeners, making it uncomfortably soft for such a large bag. In addition, the straps are positioned in such a way that they always get in the way when opening the zipper. every time For what I paid for it, the bag looks a bit cheap. It's a good $20 bag, not $36. Instead, I spent fifty dollars on a bag that my co-workers use. Lesson learned.
