Little workhorse for little money
I weigh ingredients by weight so I don't have to clean or wash measuring cups (yes, I'm lazy and a perfectionist). I've been using an old digital letter scale for a few years because I'm tight on my budget too and finally got this fancy shiny scale. Now I regret not having bought it many years ago! This gem is so easy to use, easy to wash, MUCH easier to read, and has a hole to hang it on a hook or hook! I have permanently moved my letter scale to my desk.
