Bought this to wirelessly charge my iPhone 12 and iPhone XR which I use to work on my bedside table. It also worked great with cases at first. Yes, you must center it properly, but with minimal effort. After about 2 months of continuous use, it is very finicky and does not charge reliably. When I put a phone on it, the phone vibrates briefly as if it's plugged into a charger, then immediately turns off. On and off, on and off. I connected the phone to the charger and the same thing. Maybe 10 tries and sometimes it stays in loading mode. Sometimes I give up and plug my phone into a different charger. The phone didn't charge at all. Pretty disappointing.
