Technology for seniors is complex. Providing a one-time helpdesk session to help them set up options would be a plus for sales. My wife thinks an illuminated remote control would be useful too. There can be a large market for the elderly as many have small TVs with poor sound and many of us nearly deaf seniors can benefit from this. Other than that, this device is great, has the volume most people want, and dialogue in music and movies is very crisp and clear. You can't beat the price.
