First of all I ordered this router yesterday and it was at my doorstep at 1pm today. It's pretty cool. Second, I reviewed several Netgear products and was a bit concerned about ordering one since many of the reviews complained about Netgear's hardware, setup, and customer service. I'm not a modem master and only deal with them when necessary. The crappy flimsy router/modem we got from our ISP has been down for months. When I called our ISP they said they no longer sell them but rent them for $7 a month. Um, no thanks. So I read and decided to go with this model because of the dual band and because it got some positive reviews. I sat down and quickly read the installation guide, expecting to struggle with it for the next few hours. . This is how most computers work in our home. We don't know what we're doing and we have to research everything and then after many, many hours we can get it working. Most of the time. This time, I'm not kidding, I connected the damn thing and got internet access within 10 minutes of opening the box. And it still works! It couldn't be easier. I give 5 stars for the ease of setup. Incredibly easy to get started.
