We love this product. So I don't want to give a bad review about the content, this piece is great, we've been using it for years. But 'how' or 'whoever it is' how it was packaged is ridiculous. We bought three, they were packed in a clear bag. The one in the middle had a big crack in the lid and the product must have melted and spread all over the pack and we bought the other two containers. It was a disaster. Now the product container with the tangled lids is hard and unusable. If you're spending money on a product you don't want a "mediocre" product and need to "deal with it" maybe consider adding extra padding to the product. Very disappointed.
