I have 2 dogs. Mini Datsun (Roxy) and Shepard (Kira). After installing the Hartz necklace, Roxy became ill. For 2 days my body and legs twitched, for 2 days I didn't sleep all night and for 2 more days there was dead silence. The vet let us bathe her twice a day for a couple of days, after which she started going back to normal playtime. Koller didn't affect Kira, but the vet said it was best to remove it because they eat and sleep together. So we did. We would therefore be happy to receive a return.
