Review on ๐ŸŒ๏ธ Golf Club Knit 3pcs Headcover Set: Vintage Pom Pom Sock Covers 1-3-5 Blue/White/Red - New & Stylish! by Matt Jenkins

Good option for low profile woods or hybrids

When I first started golfing a little over 20 years ago these aftermarket knitted oversleeves were fairly common (in ancient times when a 380- cc rider was considered HUGE). Over the years, as driver (and wood) sizes (and prices) have increased, it's understandable that these simple knitted covers have started to disappear from store shelves. I can't feel guilty buying the latest and greatest driver and 3-wood, I still couldn't bring myself to throw the archaic "Tight Lies" 5-wood out of my bag that no longer has a headgear . It was a 3 pack but I really only needed a lid for my trusty and rickety old tree 5. I chose this particular model because the red/white/blue colors match my bag and I wanted it for my 5 .Wood didn't want to dent my new D and 3W during impact. What I can tell after just one round is that the quality is not the same as the knitted hats I used when I first got into the game. However, it looks like it will work with my 5th wood and it looks good too. Let's see how long this lasts (I only draw in 18 5 wood a few times so I'm hoping it lasts). I'm happy with the purchase based on the price and think it's a good option for a shorter tree or hybrid. I'm not sure people are saying they will fit the 460cc engine - I don't think it's going to happen or for long. However, for the price I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive replacement head cover that looks good.
