It took a little practice but now I've used most of the summer and am really good at hitting pins. It is definitely made easier if the flags have reflective elements or if the wide side of the flag is clearly visible in the wind. This seems accurate compared to my mate's Bushnell tour which was much more expensive. The battery has not yet been changed. Before that, I only used the GPS program golf app. It more or less replaced it. The app still comes in handy when I'm on a blind shot, but now it's my tool in my pocket. Very durable as far as I can tell. I don't take it lightly, that's for sure. The only wear is cosmetic on the sides from sliding in the golf cart compartments.
