I love how easy it was to build out my business process with docuStream. There are so many features but also some of them can be tricky to figure out at first. The support team helps you get started quickly! They have helped me in multiple ways from helping with documentation to figuring out where to go next when making changes or adding new fields. It's hard for us as small businesses to find someone who understands our needs 100% because we change constantly. We've been able to solve problems like having an excel file sent directly into our CRM without any manual intervention by using the automated emailing feature.
