The kettle is fantastic! It's reliable, we use it daily multiple times a day to warm up small reusable heat packs like a hand warmer, which are said to require boiling for 10-15 minutes to regain their liquid form, but they quickly become liquid in this kettle and can be reused , by flicking the metal disk back in. The kettle boils very quickly, the design holds up while serving and pouring (I was afraid it would fall on me), and it folds easily for quick drying after emptying. The cable fits well, easy to connect and disconnect, very thick high quality plastic as are the metal parts of the cable. It comes with a small black nylon pouch for storage when not in use/not in use.
