I bought it on August 16, and today is October 4, two weeks ago the application did not sync and asked for a nonexistent password. I still have it because without the app it still receives my texts, shows the date and I can get notifications of incoming calls and I can hang up from the watch. But in general, since the app no longer syncs, it only shows military time (not a big deal) and no longer shows the current weather. The watch is less useful due to a bad app and I think in the future I will stick with brands like Fitbit or Apple for new smartwatches. A few things are known for each of these under $50 smartwatches like this: 1.) Basically no customer support 2.) The apps that come with these cheap devices are poorly made and can be confusing to navigate. 3.) The devices themselves are fine. for smartwatch beginners, but not durable. They will be recycled in less than 6 months because they were made by a shady tech company trying to make money and people had worse problems than the app crashing. Update EDIT 11/13: Found a workaround for the app. Without connecting to the watch, you have to reset the watch yourself. This is the second button. > Scroll down to Settings. > Scroll down to clear the data. Clear your watch to fix the problem. You will lose historical data, but if you want to use all the features of the app and the watch, you must. This is a temporary fix as it will eventually do it again. For me it's about twice a month. Again, this is a cheaper watch, save yourself some premium and a well-known brand like Fitbit, Samsung or Apple.
