I bought these as a gift so I'm afraid this is one of the semi useless reviews. (For example, I have no idea if they relieve pain.) However, I kind of didn't realize that they were so beautifully packaged as a gift set that it was almost a shame to share them with different people. My mother gets lavender; smells like lavender. (I'm not a fan myself, but I hope she enjoys it.) My sister LOVES anything coconut lime related, so seal my purchase. It smells great, so strong I almost want it to myself despite my strong odor allergy and asthma. Vanilla, as others have pointed out, is common and overwhelming. Maybe I'll save that for an aunt I don't know well, or one of my niece's teachers or something.
