Product arrived in great shape. Although listed as a hard shell backpack, there is a thin silicone layer that makes the backpack a bit more kid-friendly. The antenna wobbles when it moves, which I found to be a nice feature. The shell isn't quite rigid, it's a bit pliable, so be careful. The quality of the product seems good, the stitching is tight, the color is bright and the size of the backpack is perfect for my little one. Would order again! There's no weird smell either, which I always consider a bonus when ordering online. 😜
