This bottle keeps my liquid cold well. Not sure about heat as I don't think it would be a good idea to store hot liquids in it as the metal is relatively thin. The first time I dropped it on concrete it got a bit damaged but that wasn't a problem. Switch. The handle popped out the second time I dropped it, but it was easy enough to put back on. I wish the mouth opening was a little smaller, but generally if you drink deeply from it you can easily handle the amount of water that comes out of it. .Overall I think it was a solid investment except the pen felt delayed.
