I needed something to mix my cake batter more efficiently than a silicone spatula which left lots of dry lumps and required me to mix thoroughly to get rid of the lumps. I happened to see it and it turned out that I need this. What I liked about this brand is the quality handle and nozzle and they give me a 2 instead of a 1! It's such a useful, smart design - it's easy to combine wet and dry ingredients, without mixing too much, in many different recipes, not just bread. This is a marvel of Danish design. Highly recommended.
