Most modern cars have brackets, panels etc. that are attached with these plastic fasteners. Over time, heat and vibration, they fail. This is one way of using it, but that's okay. You can break it if you need to remove a piece. They are cheap enough. It takes a little effort to attach them, but the product works well. I would buy them again with great pleasure.
