Perfect for entry with small pets and child proof!
This is exactly what I was looking for! Going into the basement is ideal for our cat but my 2 year old can't get through. I have it on the longest setting and it's perfect. It is very easy for adults or older children to unlock from both sides. The plastic handle is thick and holds the door open. Easy to assemble without screws. Let's see how the tape holds up. I cleaned the surface and dried it before applying. It looks pretty sticky, almost like a nanotape.
