High-quality multipurpose charcoal pencils
The pencil body is extremely durable, so your hands stay clean as long as you don't touch the tip or put your hand on a written page. I used them to sketch a bit and also to write. Writing uses up the nib, forcing you to shade from the sides to give the pen a nib again. I used this on drawing paper with a flat toothed surface. I don't recommend writing as the tip will quickly disappear leaving different thicknesses between all your letters and eventually between words. It just looks messy. But to each his own. Overall a good package for the price and quantity.
