I am pear-shaped, 5'3", 135 pounds. I bought this cardigan to bring some color and fun to my nearly all-black Seattle wardrobe. Admittedly, the style is a little out of my comfort zone, but it looked so cute in the ad I had to try it. The quality is nice for the price, the colors (I got the pink-toned version) are exactly as shown in ad. However, the cut did not work well with my pear-bottom; there was just too much volume at the bottom hem of the cardigan. I kind of looked like a kid playing dress-up. Sadly, I returned it. If I were 5'8", and had a more slender figure, I would have kept it.
