Looks great but SO MANY PROBLEMS

I would like to give this 1 star for construction and 5 stars for looks. I really like the modern look and am very happy with my front panel redesign with these coats. But they have many problems. The mind is incomprehensible. Problem 1 - the brackets don't fit completely in the hook. You're more likely to break through the drywall by trying to install it flush than by forcing it to sit flush. POSSIBLY you could do this if you had a hook in the middle of the bobby pin. Otherwise they will need to be sanded to fit flush. Problem 2 - The supplied screws do not fit snugly into the supplied drywall anchors. I had to use my own larger screws for a tight fit. Problem 3: Is there a large hole in the bracket/baseplate for the set screw to fit? A set screw works when you screw it into a HARD surface, and the compression/pressure of screwing it down keeps the parts tightly connected. And the hole in the bracket is larger than the set screw, so "tightening" does NOT actually tighten it - it just keeps the hook from popping out when you pull something off the hook. They wobble noticeably when touched. If they just didn't have that hole in the bracket - or maybe even just made the hole smaller - he would attach the hook to it and the wall just right. So if you're willing to deal with all those issues and flaws, I would recommend them because I think they look that good. But if you just want to mount the hook on the wall without any problems, you should definitely keep looking, because it's NOT EASY. I hope this helps you make an informed decision as to whether this is really what you are looking for!
