I can now put my shoes on without having to sit down.

I usually don't put my shoes on until I'm about to walk out the door, but I usually have my work clothes and backpack on by the time I'm by the door. If I sit, I'll get cat fur on them, so I finally hunted this down. Now I can put my sneakers on while standing and I don't have to bend much to get them on. This would also be great for people who have limited flexibility.
