Nice game for family and friends. Children complain about uncomfortable mouthpieces due to hard plastic. As long as they put them in when you speak and take them out when you speak, that should minimize the discomfort. Premise. Insert mouthpiece. Draw a card. Say the phrase on the card while wearing the mouthpiece. Others try to guess what you're talking about. It's funnier with kids because they don't understand how to solve a problem. Adults are quick learners, and once they get used to the mouthpiece, it's easier for them to understand what they're saying.
