Review on 🚗 iCarsoft POR-II Porsche OBD-II Scanner Tool: Advanced Multi-systems ABS SRS Diagnostic Solution by Donald Phi

Very easy to use to reset the oil change notification on my 2014 911 Carrera (991). There are no instructions included with the POR-II and you do not need them. Another reviewer posted step by step photos and there are 2 YouTube videos showing the steps. The connector plugs into a socket located behind a removable panel on the rider's left foot. Once connected, the device instantly wakes up and talks to your car. I made a mistake and had to go back, but after that it took me about 3 minutes to reprogram the oil change interval. $160 well spent. My Carrera had its first service (oil change) at a dealership in Coral Gables (65 miles) and what a problem! The meeting had to be booked several months in advance. There was no appointment confirmation on the day of my appointment (e-mail with confirmation available). The appointment lasted 4 hours and cost $695. My 24 month service went smoother, took 5 hours and cost a whopping $1700. Mind you, at 36 months I only have 9500 miles on the car. It's so easy to change the synthetic oil somewhere else. With POR-II you can reset the oil change indicator. Saved money.
